Which chargers are compatible?
Any OCPP-compatible charger can connect. Hardware that has passed the WattWisely verification program is guaranteed to connect and function reliably, and if your preferred brand is not verified yet, we test it as part of onboarding.
Can we run it under our own brand?
Yes. White-label is a first-class deployment mode: your brand on the driver app and operator platform, with the same infrastructure underneath.
We already run another CSMS. Can we migrate?
Yes. OCPP chargers re-point to the WattWisely backend without hardware changes, and we plan the cutover so live sessions and revenue reporting continue cleanly.
Who handles driver payments and refunds?
The platform processes payments end-to-end through established gateways, and operator payouts are automated. Support tooling for session disputes is built into the operator dashboard.
