2. What we collect

Contact form

When you submit the contact form we process the data you enter (name, email address, company, selected service, message) solely to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). Messages are delivered to our inbox via Resend, Inc. acting as an email-delivery processor. We retain inquiry emails as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes technical connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) in standard server logs for security and operations (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies & analytics

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Fonts and all assets are self-hosted, and no requests are made to font or CDN third parties from your browser.

3. Recipients & transfers

Data is shared only with the processors named above (hosting and email delivery), under their respective data-processing agreements. Where processing occurs outside the EU/EEA, it is safeguarded by standard contractual clauses.

5. Healthcare data

Do not submit patient or protected health information through this website. For US healthcare engagements, PHI is handled exclusively under a signed Business Associate Agreement within agreed, secured systems, and never via this site or email.
